Observation: 134 animals counted against an expected 138. Four thermal signatures consistent with sheep-sized animals were located in the wooded corner of Field 9, separate from the main flock.
Probable cause: Consistent with animals having strayed into cover rather than being missing from the holding.

Every finding on every survey type is rated against the same published definitions, so a Red on one job means the same thing as a Red on the next.
