How the RAG rating works

Every finding on every survey type is rated against the same published definitions, so a Red on one job means the same thing as a Red on the next.

● RedA live risk of water ingress, structural risk, or a safety hazard — flagged for prompt action.
● AmberLikely to progress to failure if left unaddressed, but not currently causing a problem.
● GreenCosmetic or early-stage — worth recording, not urgent.
