Last updated: August 2026. These terms are written in plain language for clarity. We'd recommend a solicitor reviews them before you rely on them as a binding contract.
These terms are between Project 98 Ltd, trading as SkyReports (company number 17297860, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ) ("SkyReports", "we", "us"), and the drone operator or surveyor ordering a report ("you", "the operator"). By submitting a job enquiry, uploading imagery, or making payment, you agree to these terms.
SkyReports analyses drone imagery (thermal and/or RGB, depending on survey type) that you supply, and produces a written survey report, white-labelled with your branding, for you to pass on to your own client. We do not have any direct relationship with your client, and our reports are prepared for your use in your business.
Prices shown on our pricing calculator are indicative, based on survey type and the number of images you expect to upload. Your final price is confirmed once we've reviewed your job details and, where relevant, the imagery you upload — for example, if the number of images differs materially from what was quoted. Jobs over 500 images, or unusual scopes, are quoted individually, typically within one working day.
Payment is taken upfront, via Stripe, at the point you upload your imagery to confirm the job. We don't begin analysis or report production until payment has been received. All prices are as shown at checkout; please confirm whether VAT applies to your order at that stage.
You're responsible for:
We are not responsible for findings that are missed or misjudged because imagery was captured outside our flight guide, incomplete, or of poor quality — we'll always flag where imagery limits what we can confidently assess.
Standard turnaround is 48 hours from receipt of payment and imagery, or next working day if you've selected the 24-hour rush option. Every report includes up to two rounds of amendments at no extra cost, provided the requested changes don't require us to misrepresent what the imagery actually shows (see Section 8).
Reports are prepared for delivery under your branding. SkyReports does not appear anywhere on the finished report. You're responsible for supplying your logo and company details accurately, and for your own relationship and communication with your client.
Every finding in a SkyReports report is based on what the supplied imagery actually shows, assessed on a balance-of-probability basis. We do not inflate, soften, or omit findings to make a report more favourable — this protects your professional reputation as much as ours. Our reports:
You're responsible for making clear to your client what the report does and doesn't cover.
We'll deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from a job is limited to the fees you paid for that job. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or loss of a client relationship, except where liability cannot legally be excluded (such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).
Because report production begins promptly after payment and upload, we're not able to offer a refund once analysis has started. If you need to cancel before we've begun work on your job, contact us as soon as possible at hello@skyreports.co.uk and we'll do what we reasonably can.
We treat your job details, uploaded imagery, and client information as confidential, and only use them to deliver your report. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the latest version. Continuing to use SkyReports after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
